林海雪原之长走（图图图，视频）

冬天，门窗紧闭，即使有新风系统，室内空气仍不特别美妙。另外，户外活动少，运动量不夠，亦不利健康。林子里长走是一个不错选择：1)空气太好了；2)林子里基本感觉不到风，不太冷；3)走5~6公里非常适当的运动量；4)拥抱自然，心情愈悦；5)......
