把钱缝在内裤里， 这事儿我干过！

90年代初我办理出国时， 因为工作没满五年，教委向我索要一万多元的培养费。 记得当时我的基本工资不到100元， 一万多元对我来说绝对是天文数字.  并且当时火车交通治安非常乱，所以当从我工作的城市去省城缴费时， 钱是缝在内裤里面的。

不过， 我真的没有像“干部”网友那样当着人家姑娘的面解裤子。
