冬天最后的倔强

      又一组手机照片
     上周五，大多伦多地区发生一场明显降雪，部分地区降雪量达10厘米。今年冬天的总体降雪量只是往年的一小部分。尽管两周前气温已达两位数，冬天似乎仍不愿离去。又一场冷锋让气温下降后，冬天又做出了最后的努力，展现了它最后的倔强。我等到最后一片雪彻底消失后，给这个冬天做个了结。最近几个夏天的炎热天气令人印象深刻，高温每年都打破记录，世界各地的干旱和森林火灾越来越多。这个暖冬天让我展望了更加炎热的夏天。我相信我很快就会怀念冬天。
       

    Last Friday, a significant snow fall hit GTA, some area received 10 cm's snow. The overall snow fall of this winter is only a       fraction  of previous years. Although temperature had reached double digits two weeks ago winter still seems reluctant to go.   After another cold front brought the temperature down winter made a last effort to exhibit its final obstinacy.  I waited till the last snow disappearing to make a conclusion of this winter.  The heats of the recent summers were so impressive, high temperatures broke records every year, more and more droughts, forest fires all over the world.  This warm winter made me to outlook an even hotter summer. I will miss winter soon.
