A rich american man had a ONS with an italian woman. A month later, the Italian woman told the rich man that she's pregnant. The italian woman was skeptical and asked, how can I notify you. Well, the rich man said, you can send me a postcard, and write "Spaghetti" on the back.
One day, about 9 months later, the rich man got home. His confused wife told him, there's a weird postcard for you. The rich man said, give it to me, and I will explain later. The rich man read the postcard, and his face turned red, white, and fainted. The postcard's written "Spaghetti, Spaghetti, Spaghetti, two with meatballs, one without. Send extra sauce!!!"
