河豚生鱼片、河豚火锅（图）

每年入冬以后河豚上餐桌，2月最肥，最好吃。先尝鲜吧。河豚生鱼片没有味道，口感劲道。

 

最好吃的地方是河豚皮，无味劲道。

 

不成形的肉、骨头吃火锅。肉很嫩滑，没有任何怪味。
