养猫会让人产生更多的多巴胺，知道该干嘛了吧

“之所以我们爱抚猫咪的时候会觉得快乐，原因是因为大脑会在爱抚的时候释放内啡肽，内啡肽也叫“快乐荷尔蒙”，具有天然阵痛作用。很多朋友都说跑步、游泳、滑雪、骑车、舞蹈和各种球类有氧运动会让人感觉到快乐，很多人喜欢吃辣味食物，高声唱歌，都是因为这些活动会产生内啡肽。爱抚猫的时候也是同样，大脑会同时释放催产素和内啡肽，有时候还有多巴胺，这些激素都让我们不用运动就能获得幸福感，减轻生活和疾病的压力。除了释放有益的催产素、内胎分、多巴胺外，爱抚猫的时候还会降低体内有害的压力激素皮质醇，当我们压力增大的时候，肾上腺就会分解皮质醇激素，让身体处于超负荷状态应对危险，不过它会导致我们出现消化不良、失眠甚至是心脏病。而爱抚猫的时候体内皮质醇的分泌水平会慢慢降低，久而久之就降低生活的节奏，减轻身体和心理的负担。”
