笑坛的兄弟们，打完第三针后，例假还都正常吗？

没错，男人跟女人一样，每月也会有例假。

向川爷拜总发誓，这绝不是抓眼球的标题党，更不是爪哥满嘴跑火车。

男性也会有生理期（俗称例假，月经），若出现了这6个症状，说明你正处于生理期。（ZT）

1、 失眠或者入睡苦难：很多男性每个月或者每过一段时间就会有失眠的情况发生，过几天又会慢慢变好。其实很多人只会把它单纯的认为是失眠了。其实不是，这是男性典型的生理期症状，也就是我们通常说的焦虑、神经衰落。

2、免疫力变差：突然变的抵抗力下降，容易发生头痛、感冒、拉肚子等症状，这也是生理期的表现之一。

3、 脾气差：都说女性在生理期间脾气非常差，惹不得。同样，当男性无缘无故的脾气差，容易发脾气，那么，注意自己是否生理期到了。作为女性也要时刻关注，给予男性更多的关怀。

4、脸上长痘：有些男性，在生理期间容易长痘，特别是脸上。一般人都认为是上火导致的，其实是，内分泌异常导致的，当男性到生理期时候，内分泌异常增加，从而导致皮肤容易长痘。

5、容易犯困：这一点特别容易在下午表现，尤其是下午2点到4点左右，无论你怎么睡，都觉得困。这个时候就要考虑是否男性生理期到了，适当的多看看风景，缓解内心的不安。

6、提不起“性”趣：不知道，你们是否发现，总有一段时间，男性特别对“性”不感兴趣，就好像非常冷淡，但是，等过了一段时间后，又恢复正常。其实，这是由于内分泌异常导致男性雄性激素分泌减少，从而导致男性荷尔蒙减少，所以，当你提不起“性”趣的时候，可能说明你正处于男性生理期。

俺打完第三针后，前五个症状“我心依旧”，但第六个症状居然莫名其妙地消失了
