问个营养问题：我这样吃cheese是不是有点儿疯狂？

有时上班饿了，特别喜欢喝着咖啡干吃cheese，几年来吃遍西人超市各种cheese，总觉得有点儿怕怕，哪天血管都让这玩意儿堵住了：)

昨天午饭吃了一整盘五香肘花和十几个羊肉蒸饺，感觉还没吃饱，饭量太大了：)
