subaru outback premium， 这个是good deal 吗

请教一下， 今天去Subaru买车，老板给这个价，是good deal 吗？

2019 Subaru outback premium MSRP: $28445
standard option 11 including: 
Ext auto dim mirror: $241
all wearther floor liners: $132
rear bump cover: $127
destination and delivery: $975

Total suggested retail price:   $29920

他们给我的价格是$26538,   truecar 上的价格是 $27074 （不知是税前还是税后？）

请问是good deal 吗？
