楼下有个神经衰弱的人，怎么办？

自从搬到新家，诚惶诚恐，走路都不敢落下脚跟，还是被说中国人走路用脚后跟，吵着他们家了。

上个周末竟然来砸门，明明门铃没有坏的。。。。。

怎么办呢？碰到这样的日本人。。。。
