

加了紫薯感觉面团的韧性差了~不知道是水多了,还是紫薯的缘故,面团一直偏软,只好又加了很多面粉,结果饺子皮颜色很淡~以后不用紫薯了,用菠菜汁做绿饺子好了~看样子紫薯还是适合放在糯米粉里面做紫元宵~~~~
