This is even sure for some so-called intellecturals with PhD degree. One example is a Post Doc we had before.

He just did what we told him to do, but never had a try on what we didnot tell him. Well, his excuse is always like:

BOSS didnot ask me to do...

Come on, stupid guy, where is your personal chracteristics and your brain?

So funny so fun.
