Sorry for the silly question, well, China is too big to remember all the noodles' name....

Regarding the Japanese Raman, quite good-so you should try when you are there. But

I rarely had it since I am not fond of it, wherever it is made.... NEVER YUMMY in my point of view...

Sigh, I donot have a good sense in eating....
