Well, it is better to give a young guy lots of encouragement other than frustration. Look, he is so young and his future is still very mysteric and possibly very promising...

I do know how difficult it is for us to get a permanent position in a foreign country. But this is not the reason, at least not the major reason that we need to frustrate the young generation when they are planning to study oversea. We must beleive that they can do better than us and they will definitely compete favorably with the local guys in a new land.

I hate being frustrated by the teachers in China, and hence, I always endeavour to give the young generation positive suggestions, trying not to upset them...

Al right, time to have dinner. Today we will try Teppanyaki since it is very expensive in Australia. I am very happy to have my 2-week holiday in Japan. Every food here is so yummy.
