上海博物馆免费开发实施办法

根据中共中央宣传部、财政部、文化部、国家文物局《关于全国博物馆、纪念馆免费开放的通知》的要求，为做好上海博物馆向社会免费开放的工作，特制定本实施办法：
一、开放时间：每日9:00-17:00（人数限制，额满为止）。
二、为确保文物安全，保持良好的参观环境，上海博物馆将对观众流量实施限量、有序控制，每天的参观人数控制在5000人次以下（其中含预约观众1500人次）。
三、为维持良好的参观秩序，观众当天现场分时段免费领取参观券，依次排队入馆参观（特殊情况时需凭本人有效证件领票）。
70岁以上老人、残疾人等，可优先入馆。
上海博物馆之友会员凭证可优先入馆。
团体参观可通过电话形式提前两周预约（额满为止），参观当日经工作人员核准后，优先入馆。预约电话：[phone]转132分机。
四、上海博物馆举办的特别展览将酌情实行售票参观制度。
需单独售票的特展票价为20元人民币，原先实施的针对学生团体、老年人、残疾人、现役军人、离休干部、上海博物馆之友会员等群体的各类优惠政策将继续有效。
五、租借录音导览设备仍将实行收费服务办法。
六、此前已办理学生年卡、季卡和月卡者，若尚在有效期内，可持卡至上海博物馆开放部，根据实际使用时间办理相应退费手续。
七、为保障文物安全，营造文明环境，上海博物馆将要求观众自觉遵守如下规定：
1、 衣冠不整者谢绝入馆；
2、 推销各类小商品者、散发广告者谢绝入馆；
3、 携带宠物者谢绝入馆；
4、 身高1.2米以下的儿童须由家长带领参观，行动不便的老年人须由亲友陪同参观；
5、 观众携带的大件包、袋可免费寄存；
6、请勿将食品、饮料带入陈列室；
7、博物馆楼宇建筑内严禁吸烟或使用明火；
8、请勿触摸裸置文物；
9、请勿在展馆内喧哗，影响他人参观。
八、本馆遇有重大活动或重要设备设施维修保养时，可根据需要临时闭馆，届时将预先告示公众。
