再请教

我和同事都很文艺，在北京时就喜欢一块儿喝个咖啡，品个甜点。
这次想和她找个东京有特色的茶歇处。
请各位推荐啊。

附上要求：
1.一定是各位亲临过的。
2.离电车站比较方便的。
3.各大百货商店楼上的就不考虑了。
4.帝国饭店之类高大上的就不考虑了。
