"Let yes be yes, and no no."  If she really thinks she has sinned, she should simply confess it herself. Don't blame other sinners and teach the elders condescendingly.

Being silly is not ones fault, but showing off silliness is.

Suggestion: for people who have weird thinking against common sense, e.g., paranoid,  go to see medical doctors for treatment.
