She chose a very poor timing

Explanation on her paper should be given at the very beginning when the people only doubted the mistakes in the two papers. She failed to do it and now the snow ball has turned too big to be handled by her own.

She lost her credibility as a researcher. She should have sticken to the science and digging out the truth.

What a pity.
