下雪了,来碗热豆腐脑

今天去朋友家交流手艺, 我教她灌香肠, 她教我点豆腐脑, 成果汇报一下。要是再加点大头菜, 那味道更不摆啰。。。

 

制作过程

从左至右

1．泡黄豆: 至少一天以上。

2．绞碎:  三大汤勺黄豆加500ml左右清水。

3．用筛子过滤。

4．加热至沸腾,倒入事先用少许水化开的豆腐王(两小汤匙)中,稍稍保温,静置一小时左右凝固。

5．朋友用肉、洋葱、冬瓜、木耳做的浇卤。

6．豆渣不要浪费了，可以跟白菜做菜豆腐, 营养大大滴。
