this does not change the large enviroment that indian people act together to promote their own people. I always tell my son: you can have a good friend, but it does not mean you can have only one friend. Same thing is true from the other side: an indian kid may have tons of chinese friends, it does not mean he only has chinese friends; this more likely reflects his high EQ. Probably he has even more indian friends. When at the time it really matters, i do not think he will ignore his indian friends and help his chinese friends. That what has happenend, and is happening in IT, pharmatheutical companies. Teach our kids to make as many friends, regardless eithic, race, etc, and still know who he should promote at critical points.
