紧急法律咨询：EBAY卖2个东西被指控侵犯知识产权，要罚一大笔，我该怎么对付？

我今年在Ebay上卖了2个angry bird 的手机防尘塞 anti-dust phone plug.每个卖价2.49，shipping 1.99. 结果最近收到一个公司的信，说Infringement of Angry Birds intellectual Property by...... 要求我提供制造商的信息和我的sale records.
因为东西是在new York 街上买的，没有包装，我没法提供制造商的信息。只寄给他们一个eBay sales record.
 
经过email 的几个来回， 他们email 了一个settlement, 要求我支付$1500。
请问我该怎么办？
