居士认为，这责任在于你啦。你前面虽然没有stop sign，但路前是自左向右单行道，那么这个出口应该视为stop sign，必须要yield再yield了。那辆自左向右中高速行驶车辆，虽然很快，但很难把握快速的证据，除非当时有警察记录或该驾驶人承认，但毕竟路权是它优先。
