听了您的建议，我问他能不能有没有可能我不用out of pocket，这是他的回答，请问您的感觉是？

“I will of course be working to make sure that you are not out of pocket for anything with Canada Life.  I will reduce our fees with a courtesy, if you are losing out on a lot, but I cannot judge that till the end.  For now, we have to see what Canada Life claims and go from there.  I want to have the flexibility to reduce our fees, but I also do not want to promise anything before I do a lot of work.”

我觉得他等于啥也没说。好像一点承若都没有。就看他自觉性？碰上如前一个律师那样的怎么办，如果他真要我out of pocket，我也没办法？
