诚意咨询：车祸对方全责，司机的保险公司拒绝受理，

理由是车祸时车辆在载客。司机不是车主本人。请问：车主该负什么法律责任？原本要告司机，但是就算打赢，没有希望拿到赔偿，因为她最近有破产记录。 先在此谢谢同胞
