紧急！我的工作签证快到期了，我可以把14岁的小孩寄宿在别人家继续在美国上学吗？小孩出生在美国。 如果可以，需要怎么办理呢？

-Because your kid was born in US, there  is not a problem in immigration. You may need to find a person for temporary custody/gardianship. I don't know this issue well. So, please post your question to 法律咨询. I believe someone there will help you out.
