父母绿卡后在中国呆了二年多,绿卡失效。
若必须先办理放弃绿卡必须本人去北京办吗？家住东北
-Yes, but they can do it at any one of the US Consulates in China, such as in Shenyang.

另外407上什么原因放弃绿卡如何回答。谢谢
-May just say something like "I am not used to the living environment in US, and plan to return to China.", etc. It does not matter too much, anyway.
