H4 visa 能否接受医院的financial assistance?

最近去了一次ER，账单过来是$1900, 我没有任何收入，每三个月还要交给学校5000的学费。

问题一：LG正在办绿卡 会不会影响我的绿卡批准。因为H4身份据说不能拿financial aid。

问题二：我的户头里头有妈妈给的学费一万美金，学费刚好够不能动用来交医疗，所以我想问医院会不会通过financial assistance的申请来查我的账户 然后从我的银行扣除我的钱，或者notice我一定要付全款。
