我的理解是，1。不会影响到任何绿卡的批准。那不会在回国签证或者调整身份的时候有影响？算不算身份违例呢？

2. 他们要求我提交三个月的银行statement，虽然我有个账户 但是都是妈妈往里头存的学费，我一般不动用，她能把钱全部拿走。我能否不出事这个银行账户？
