If you are just visiting your friend, you better plead guilty since you won't wait in U.S. till the day in court. I have 3-4 speeding tickets, it just a piece of cake and don't worry. You are a bad driver, which doesn't mean you are a felony. It won't affect your reapply entry visa to U.S. and in fact it won't affect anything except your insruance premium.
