回复：急问老猫 - 移民局好像出了点小错

我妈妈申请re-entry permit（travel document), 打过手印后就回国了。上周收到通知说FBI不能process 手印，让我妈妈去重打手印才能发traveldocument。

我本来准备写信 toreschedule the biomerics appointment. 今天下午竟然在信箱里发现了移民局寄来的travel document，
-It is fine to use this approved Reentry permit. You just send it to your mother.

上移民局的网站去查，出来的结果是“Document production or Oath Ceremony”，说 Travel Document was processed and mailed。

不知道是哪里出了点问题，我可以ignore he biometrics appointment吗？
-Yes, just ignore it. USCIS sometimes messes up such things.
