Even if you did code 3 , you still have chance to have passsport stamp. my family have three different ways to get GC. I and my wife both did code 3, I got the GC directly using digital photo done by code 3 , my wife went to local office to have passport stamp with two photos, my son got GC directly using his side photo. It really depends on .....
