建议你主动联系INS取消婚姻绿卡，以后申请绿卡还有机会。
我上次已经说过了，你要拿的基本上也是临时绿卡，在你取卡或转正式绿卡的时候肯定会被查出来。到时用虚假婚姻骗绿卡的帽子给你一戴，绿卡是永远不要想了，当场逮捕驱逐出境的可能也是有的。最好不要有侥幸心理，那张绿卡不属于你的。
