if you got the green card, but you married before the I485 approval, your can fill the follow-to-jion for your famliy...spouse and kids but you need to "JINJIDANBAO' for them. Don't wory, you can still do it for him. It will take several month though and he will need go to Ganzhou for the immigration interview. Well, beloeve it you can do it.
