nobody knows the processing time of PERM. It'll not be effective until Late March , 2005. That means you can only start it until late March, 2005. But maybe you can do AD first. 6 month maybe enough if everything is smooth and you can get great support from the company and lawyer. Then you can use the other 2 month to file 140&485.
