Hi, buddy

I'm very sad to hear your story, because we are on the same boat. There is only one chance:
You can get LC approved before your H1 expiration. Then you file I140&I485 immediately before H1 expires (EB2 only, not for EB3, EB3 can't file I140&I485 at the same time now.). Through PERM, maybe it's possible, but who knows. It's a new regulation, no body knows how it'll be executed.
