If you decide to use family help for child birth as the main reason for invitation (I assume they are invited to come to the US for the first time), be sure to emphasize in the letter that you need family help because you are busy (working, studying,etc.) and definitely try to establish parents' strong connection with China (ownership of house, etc.) with no-intention to overstay.
