If you call the center to change address, your case will be transfered to the new juristiction center, and most likely you'll get an interview. if you don't want to change your case address, you can have someone to look for your mails. Since you lawyer will always receive a copy of the letter INS sends, just check with your lawyer more often. But you better file AR-11.
