140 批准，485 等待，换工作怎么办?

140 批准，485 等待已经两年（2003，一月交的）(NIW，VSC center)，并且485已经转到local center 等待面谈通知。现在在corolado （NSC)拿到一个offer,并且是相同领域.

请问

1:是申请H-1 transfer 还是用EAD 来工作?现在是H-1,已有EAD(没用过);

2:是否应该写信给VSC和local center 来说明相同领域问题?;

3:应该添些什么表?我知道ar-11(changing address),还有其他吗?

4:这种情况,面谈会转到NSC,还是继续VSC 的 local center?会影响进度吗?
