Thank you so much for your reply! You mentioned CIS, I thought it should be FBI? Yeah, I think I should fill out yes too, but the criminal laywer told me I should say no since once I was expunged, the record is all clear even from FBI. So do you think I should still say yes right? Will it affect my gc application? Many thanks for your attention!
