Question on I-485! Help!!!

I was arrested and charged with Misdemeanor class C with loud noise for some unfortunate reason. and it has been expuged. Now I am applying family based immigration. My current status is F-1. I am not sure if I should check yes on the question "have you ever been arrested charged..." ! I would very much appreciate it if anyone could give me advice!!!thanks!!!
