请问法居士或相关经验人士 Urgent!!!!!!!!!

Urgent！！！ please help me.I will file my 140 and 485 together at end of this month for my nurse immigration.If i file my hu*****and will be my dependent.The attorney will ask for $500 for lawyer fee.and will charge appearance fee another $500.485 filing and finger print fee $385 and work permit fee $175 and travel document fee $165.my fee is paid by my boss.My hu*****and deose not want to depend on me to file green card.He want to file it by himself.And deose not want to invite lawyer.He will use EB2 or NIW.Can anyone tell me my green card is faster than him?我需要排期，His application will process in Vermont.Mine will in California.我们需要分开file 吗，请问法居士或相关经验人士。
