请问我需不需要现在递green card.Or waiting for my hu*****and apply,i heard some of my friends filed the 140 and 485 together.they got EAD within 21 days. my hu*****and the reference letters are not ready ,it will take few months or longer.I just need the EAD.I contacted the attorney,he said more than 2 years i will get all approval.I am afraid he lied me.If i will get it in 5-6 years.I will give up.比坐牢还漫长.好心人快帮我出主意吧。But i do not want to miss this chance.Next Juanuary 1st,i will have no more chance.
