Help 护士 GC and Visa Screening

Iam a BSN 护士 in the US, and will graduate in May 2005. Should I start Visa Screening now?

I am really confused about the GC application procedure, after graduation should I change to another status while apply for GC? I don't have OPT, I've already used it up before I changed to Nursing school.
