十几前给父母申请过绿卡，拿到后，他们回国放弃了。现在他们在美国，重新申请，问题是以前I-130 approval还有效吗？还是需要重新申请I-130？谢谢！

-Because they got the green card based on the previous I-130, that I-130 has been invalid (i.e., the cased was closed when the I-485 was approved). They need to file a new I-130 and also provide the abandonment proof of the previous green card (i.e., the approved I-407) with the I-485 filing.
