请教：父母重新申请绿卡，以前I-130 approval 还有效吗？

十几前给父母申请过绿卡，拿到后，他们回国放弃了。现在他们在美国，重新申请，问题是以前I-130 approval还有效吗？还是需要重新申请I-130？谢谢！
