140 and 485 filing

尊敬的8老师， 

几年前咨询过您，现在又有新的问题，想听您的看法。

今年6月，我老公H1b 6年到期。3年前刚renew H1b, 换了工作，又H1b transfer到现在的公司。在前公司有申请绿卡，I140通过了，有了PD. 到新的公司又重新申请perm, 今天通知说通过了，可以申请下一步140，并建议与485一起递交，因为PD已经current. 

想问8老师，一起递交140和485好吗？我以前在哪儿看到说一起递交有时会有风险，我也不记得是为什么了。还是先递交140（打算加急申请），等通过了再递交485？

因为H1b 6月到期，需要更新。律师的意思是如果一起递交140和485，就不用再更新H1b？这样可行吗？我感觉有点悬呢。那6月以后怎么工作呢？请8老师指点。
