我刚刚翻了一下这里的帖子，发现一个人跟我们家情况相似，中途换工作，第一家公司140通过了，新的公司即使140还没通过，如果PD CURRENT 就可以递交485？

是这样吗？如果是的话，我们真的浪费了很多时间。我们PD CURRENT很久了。

还有H1B 6年即将到期，H1B延期，140, 485递交顺序怎样比较好？

-The H-1B extension is irrelevant to the I-140 or I-485 filing. So, you can use the old I-140 approval notice to extend your H-1B beyond the 6-year limit now.

我们能延期3年吗？

-Just ask USCIS to extend yoru H-1B for another 3 years in the I-129.

因为6月份需要去换驾照，必须有新的H1B才可以吧？

-Yes, you need to have the new H-1B Approval Notice with the new I-94 to extend your driver license.

另外还打算有绿卡了就回国一趟，也打算以后开始工作，所以我同时还要递交AP, EAD的申请吗？

-Yes, you can applyfor EAD and advance parole when you file I-48.
