我2021年3月用F1 的 OPT在一个教会工作。2022年3月opt 到期。3个月后 r1 签证批准下来，继续在该教会工作。实际上opt到期跟拿到r1签证之前的3个月我也没有停止工作。以下是我的问题：

1，今年3月（就是下个月）就是我在教会连续工作满2年的时间。根据这里的信息 https://www.uscis.gov/i-360 ，我是否可以申请绿卡？

2，提交 i360的时候，我是否需要提交 opt 和 r1 签证的相关信息？如果是，他们可能会注意到中间的gap问题，是否会有麻烦？有个朋友告诉我这个信息：

Under USCIS rules, work as a religious worker can count towards the EB-4 requirement of two continuous years of religious work even if that work was done without authorization (see the USCIS Policy Manual at https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-6-part-h-chapter-2#footnotelink-21 for more details). Ordinarily, a person who has worked in the US without authorization is not eligible to apply for a green card in the U.S.: there is, however, an exception for employment-based green card applicants (including EB-4 Special Immigrant Religious Workers) so long as they did not work without authorization for more than 180 days. It's called the INA 245(k) exception and you can read more about it at https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-b-chapter-8#S-E. Because of the above two rules, if you've worked for the church continuously since you started your OPT (even if that involves a short period of unauthorized employment), the church will be eligible to file an I-360 for you in March 2023 and you and your family will then be eligible to apply for green cards once the I-360 is approved.

看起来，短时间的 unauthorized employment 可以豁免。是不是这样理解？

3，提交 i360的时候需要提交婚姻证公证，出生证公证吗？还是在 i485的阶段？

4，i360如果批准，就进入 i485, 需要体检和疫苗。请问现在是否还需要打 covid 疫苗？拜登宣布5月结束疫情紧急状态，是否意味covid疫苗不再免费？
