谢谢8老师，为什么您建议6月提交？

我是这样理解的，虽然有3个月的unauthorized employment，但我确实还在工作，下个月就是连续2年。

但如果不算那中断的3个月，但就麻烦了，我可能需要从r1签证生效日开始算2年，那就是明年6月才到2年。我实在不想再等。既然245（k）可以豁免，为什么不下个月提交？
