1. 我父母现在是枫叶卡永久居民住在加拿大，如果在加拿大申请绿卡的话，到时他们是在蒙特利尔面试还是要回广州面试？

-Either. Your parents can request where the interview take places at the beginning of the application.

2. 如果万一让回广州的话，可不可以和移民局要求加拿大面试，需要提供什么材料吗？

-Yes. Just indicate the US Embassy/Consulate your parents want to be interviewed in your I-130 and also, contact National Visa Center (NVC) to make sure the interview will take place in Canada after NVC contact you to request the support documents for your parents' visa application.

3. 如果在加拿大申请，到时是否也要提供无犯罪证明，是不是只要最近五年？我的意思是如果近五年他们都在加拿大，那就不需要国内出这个公证了，是吗？

-Your parents still need the non-criminal records from both China and Canada.
